In the earlier page Tatsumi asked Karino why didn't he tell Azusa about his plan.
Apparently Karino just pretended to team up with Eno, so that he could protect Azusa from being attacked.
Karino :
Don't tell him (Azusa).
He is an idiot who acts first before he thinks.
I will fill (fix) the hole I dug.
I won't fail.
While somebody is busy planning, this guy (Azusa) is enjoying his school life with someone else (Daisho).
Doesn’t he know who is helping him to shift the hate (on me)?'
Tatsumi: Seriously, are you annoyed? Hahaha!
Karino: What are you laughing at?
Tatsumi: This is rare that you are so angry like this.
Karino：I dont like all these. That fool.
Tatsumi: But isn't it good? You look fascinating now.

Yeah. Azusa refused to go to school and Atsumu tried to persuade him. No interaction between Azusa and Karino, but Karino expressed his jealousy so obviously for the first time. :)

Very often it takes too long to wait them to be translated and many of the Manga are abandoned because nobody updates or translates them. Neither English nor Japanese is my mother tongue, but I will put my best foot forward. I know the feeling of wanting to read the Manga but have no way to get the resource.
